The changelog dialog and update prompt showed raw Markdown (literal #, **) instead of rendered styling, making notes hard to read. Render the in-app changelog with QTextEdit.setMarkdown() and the update prompt's notes as rich text (Markdown -> HTML via QTextDocument).
